French antique cameo brooch or pendant set in gold, the clasp is gold, too, as is the pendant loop.
The engraved shell represents the 3 Graces : Thalie, Euphrosyne and Algae.
An absolutely beautiful antique, artisan engraved clasp or necklace pendant.
