It's a parody in 4 images, 'La Main au Collet' (to collar somebody !), that actually starts with the top right image going to the left, then down to the next two images. \u003cbr\u003e  \u003cbr\u003e The politician M. Briand does eventually win the Prix Nobel de la Paix in 1926, so it is rather amazing to think that he had been locked in the loo of the Evreux police station.
